CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelations must be done 24 hrs prior to your service. If rescheduled or cancelled within the 24hrs window. A 50% charge of your service will be taken with the card on file. A card on file must be placed in order to secure your appointment, as I do not accept deposits. No Shows = No exceptions This policy is set in place to respect your nail technicians time and others, With no notice, that spot is now vacant which could have been filled by another client who may have needed that slot. As you also receive plenty of notifications regarding your upcoming appointment with enough time to cancel or reschedule before the 24hr window If a No Show occurs, you will be charged 100% of your service and payment must be completed before you are eligible to receive any further services from Liliana Lacquer
